S4D made 10 hires in 2 months with Recruitee – Recruitee Blog

With a team of 75+ people, S4D operates from its headquarters in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with additional support from its office in Katowice, Poland. In early June 2022, Daan Bakker joined S4D as Head of Growth. His first mission was clear: build a growth team from scratch.

At that time, S4D did not have a dedicated Human Resources function. Daan took ownership of employer branding and recruitment processes. He also selected and implemented the tools needed to support hiring and team expansion.

When introducing Recruitee at S4D, the main objective was to create one clear source of truth for recruitment. At the same time, the team wanted to simplify the hiring process and accelerate new hires.
