Loyalty in Action

From keynote insights to industry-specific roundtables, the Loyalty Conference brought together over 40 C-level leaders from across the QSR industry. Together, we explored how loyalty is evolving- and where it is heading next.

Loyalty continues to be a key theme in conversations with our partners and across the industry. And for good reason. Data shows that a well-executed loyalty program can contribute up to 5% revenue growth in the short term and 10% in the mid-term.
