S4D takes privacy very seriously and the people of S4D do their best to respect everyone’s privacy, to process personal data only on a justified need and protect all personal data.

At S4D we use cookies and other tracking technology for marketing purposes and website improvement. Please see our cookie statement.

If you create a user profile on the client website of our partner, we will store the personal information in this profile. We use the following sub processors: Microsoft Azure
Personal Data: Name, Email, Birthday, Phone Number, Address, IP address, Order History
Basis: We base this processing on Legitimate Interest (Art. 6.1f GDPR). Its legitimate interest is being able to properly serve/inform the customer.

Our newsletter is a service of MailChimp. The email address that you enter on our website is only used for registration with the newsletter and otherwise not processed by us. You can find the privacy statement here:

Basis: This processing is based on Consent (Art. 6.1a GDPR). You can unsubscribe via
the link in the newsletter.

Personal data is processed during the application process in order to maintain contact with
applicants and to assess whether they are suitable as employees of S4D.
Personal data: Name, e-mail address, telephone number, CV.
Basis: Necessary for the execution or conclusion of an agreement. (Art. 6.1b GDPR)
S4D cannot offer employment if personal data is not provided for this

If you want to know what personal data is processed by us, you can send a written request for access to the postal address mentioned in the footer. We will handle your request within three weeks. We may ask you to identify yourself. Should your information appear to be incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant? Then you can make an additional request to have your details changed or supplemented. You can also ask for deletion of your data. You can also request to limit the processing of your data or object to it. In theory, you may invoke your right to data portability. This means that you will receive your information in a form in which you can easily pass it on to another organization if you wish. In practice, however, we have little to no personal data and there is little or nothing to transfer. Should you have a complaint about our processing of personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Right to information
You have the right to know why your personal data is needed, what happens to them and how long they are stored. We facilitate this through this privacy statement.
Right of access
You have the right to inspect the personal data that S4D holds about you as management.
Right to rectification
You have the right to complete and have your personal data completed correctly.
Right to be forgotten
You may also request from us the personal data we hold about you processing to remove. We will comply with this, unless we are legally obliged to to keep data longer.
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your data by S4D.
Right to restriction
You have the right to restrict our processing of your personal data.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have your personal data transferred to another controller. This means that you will receive your data in a form in which you can easily pass it on to another organization if you wish. In practice, however, we have little to no personal data and little or nothing can be transferred.

Within our organization, we apply security measures to ensure an appropriate level of security.
