One payment layer across your entire chain.

Payment Provider Integrations

S4D integrates with leading payment service providers, so every sales channel accepts the right payment methods for every market, configured centrally by headquarters.

  • Adyen, Mollie preferred providers, fully integrated
  • Configuration per channel, order type, and market
  • Fiscalization and local compliance

Payment provider network

S4D integrates with a broad network of international payment service providers. Our integration partners are Adyen and Mollie, both battle-tested across multi-location QSR chains. If your chain has an existing relationship with another provider, our team will look into it to make sure you can use your preferred payment providers.

Configurable per channel and order type

Different channels can run different payment configurations. For example, cash payments available for takeaway and pick-up but not delivery. Headquarters sets the rules: per channel, per order type, per store or group of stores, and they apply consistently across the chain.

Market compliance & fiscalization

Operating across multiple markets means navigating different fiscal regulations: receipt requirements, tax reporting obligations, and, in Belgium, the mandatory black box registration system. S4D is active across 16 markets, some of which require fiscalization where S4D is fully compliant. When you expand to a new market, you’re not starting a compliance project from scratch.

Local payment methods

A QSR chain operating across multiple markets needs to meet customers where they are. S4D supports local payment methods via the PSP integrations, Wero (formerly iDeal) in the Netherlands, and others, depending on the local markets. The right payment options for each market, without a separate integration project per country.

Payment terminal integration

The S4D POS sends the order amount directly to the payment terminal, no manual retyping, no risk of the amount being entered incorrectly at the counter. The checkout flow is faster for staff and more accurate for every transaction.

Saved payment methods

Customers on your website and app can save their preferred payment method for future orders. One tap at checkout, no details to re-enter. Lower friction at the moment that matters most, when a hungry customer is about to confirm their order.

Payment centralisation

Running all your online and in-store payments through one integrated layer gives your chain more than visibility, it gives you leverage. Centralised payment volume means better rates from your provider. Every customer gets the same checkout experience regardless of channel. And headquarters gets a clear view of payment mix, transaction volumes, and revenue across every store and market, without pulling reports from separate systems.

Advantages seen by QSR brands that work with us:

Every market, the right payment options

Whether you operate in one country or ten, S4D supports the payment methods your customers expect.

Expand markets without a compliance headache

Fiscalization and local tax regulations are handled directly by S4D, including Belgium's black box requirement, Romania's fiscal requirements, and Germany.

Faster checkout, fewer errors at the counter

When a customer is ready to pay, the amount due goes straight from the POS to the payment terminal automatically.

Higher conversion on digital channels

Saved payment methods reduce friction at checkout for returning customers.

Payment data that informs decisions

Transaction data broken down by method, channel, and market gives you visibility into how your customers actually pay.

Freedom to choose your provider

You contract directly with your preferred payment provider, no S4D margin on your transactions.

Access all your data

Most chains are making decisions based on incomplete data, or worse, gut feeling. You can’t fix what you can’t see.

S4D gives you a single view across every location, every channel, every order. Not just dashboards, actual insight you can act on.

What this looks like in practice:

  • Preconfigured reports on sales, product performance, and store-to-store comparisons
  • Loyalty, coupon, and stock reporting built in
  • Power BI integration and custom data requests for deeper analysis
  • Data across the full order journey, from first click to delivery

The outcome: You stop guessing which locations underperform and why. You make the call with the numbers in front of you.

Earn more online

You built your brand, but delivery platforms are renting it back to you, at 30% commission.

S4D gives you a direct ordering channel that actually converts: a fast, branded website and app your customers want to use, backed by a loyalty program that keeps them coming back.

What this looks like in practice:

  • Branded web + app ordering, built for conversion, not just functionality
  • Loyalty and retention tools that work across every channel
  • Integrations with third-party platforms, so you keep the reach without the dependency
  • Ongoing UI/UX improvements so your channel stays competitive

The outcome: More orders through your own channel. Lower cost per order. A customer relationship you actually own.

Run smarter operations

When your kitchen, POS, and delivery platforms don’t talk to each other, your staff fills the gap, and mistakes happen.

S4D connects every part of your operation from one place. Menu updates pushed chain-wide in seconds. Orders are routed automatically. No tablets, no workarounds, no chaos.

What this looks like in practice:

  • Central menu management across all locations and channels
  • Automated order routing and kitchen workflows
  • Native integrations with Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Wolt, DoorDash
  • Bi-weekly feature releases, with a dedicated customer success partner who knows your business

The outcome: Less operational friction. Faster service. A setup that scales when you open the next 10 locations.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Which payment providers does S4D integrate with?

We have a partnership with more than 10 international payment service providers that give you the freedom to offer the preferred payment method to customers.

We have partnerships with global payment services, such as PayPal, CreditCard, Mollie, and Adyen.

We also integrate with local payment providers to offer localized payment methods, for example, iDeal.

  • Can stores decide which payment methods are available or is this decision chain-wide?

On a restaurant chain-wide level you decide which payment provider you want to integrate with. You can also have multiple payment providers across the chain and enable or disable them per store.

Stores can in collaboration with headquarters decide which payment method is allowed when ordering in the store per POS  and Self-Order Kiosk, or from the Website and Consumer App.

Marketing & CRM Integrations

S4D integrates with leading CRM & CDP platforms. You can track order, loyalty, and customer profile data in real time, so your marketing team acts on what customers actually do, not just what they click.

  • Bloomreach, Deployteq, DotDigital, Raptor, and more
  • Two-way sync: campaigns triggered in your CRM
  • Google Pub/Sub, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics

CRM & CDP integrations

S4D connects to your CRM or CDP of choice. Our partners already use Bloomreach, Deployteq, DotDigital, Raptor, and others successfully, pushing customer profiles, order history, and loyalty data in real time. Your marketing platform always has the full picture: who the customer is, what they ordered, how often, and through which channel. No manual exports, no data lag, no disconnected systems.

Two-way campaign sync

The integration doesn’t just push data out, it pulls actions back in. Campaigns and automations triggered in your CRM can deliver through S4D’s channels: push notifications, email, in-app messages. A loyalty milestone reached in S4D can fire a campaign in Bloomreach. A win-back flow in Deployteq can surface a personalised offer in the app. Your marketing stack and your ordering platform work as one system.

Personalisation & recommendations

S4D integrates with Raptor to power AI-driven product recommendations and personalisation across your website and app. Recommendations are driven by real order behaviour, what this customer ordered before, what customers like them order, not just browsing patterns. The result is a storefront that feels built for each customer, not broadcast at everyone.

Tracking & analytics

S4D has a direct API integration with Google Pub/Sub, enabling real-time data streaming to your analytics and marketing infrastructure. Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are activated via script on your S4D-built website,  standard implementation, ready to go. Every order, session, and conversion is trackable from day one.

Customer data ownership

All customer data generated through S4D: orders, profiles, loyalty activity, behaviour, belongs to your chain, not to a platform. You decide where it goes, what you connect it to, and how you use it. Full GDPR compliance is built in across all markets.

Advantages seen by QSR chains that chose S4D:

Your CRM finally knows what customers order

S4D connects order data, loyalty activity, and customer profiles from your website, app, and kiosk directly to your CRM.

Campaigns that trigger from the order

Two-way sync means your marketing automation can react to what happens in S4D.

Personalisation that's driven by order data

AI-powered recommendations on your website and app based on real purchase history across your customer base.

Tracking built in from day one

Your marketing team has conversion data, audience signals, and campaign attribution from day one.

100% data ownership, 100% GDPR compliant

Your customer data belongs to you. S4D handles it in full compliance with GDPR and local data regulations across all markets.

One customer view, across every channel

Orders from your website, app, kiosk, and POS are all linked to the same customer profile. Your CRM sees the complete picture.

Every data point from every order and store.

Data & Business Intelligence

S4D captures every data point across your complete order journey and makes it instantly available in 40+ reports, directly in Power BI, and ready to feed the AI tools that help you forecast, schedule, and decide.

  • 40+ preconfigured reports live from day one
  • Direct Power BI integration
  • Real-time chain-wide data

Preconfigured reports

Sales by channel, product performance, delivery times, inventory movement, labour costs, loyalty activity and coupon redemption are all tracked and reportable out of the box. Accessible from the POS in-store or from any device online, in real time.

Power BI integration

S4D integrates directly with Power BI, with pre-built templates that are ready to use immediately. Your operations or finance team gets clean, structured, chain-wide data in a familiar environment, without building the data pipeline themselves. For teams that want to go further, the full dataset is open for custom dashboards, cross-chain models, and bespoke analysis.

AI-ready data

The data S4D captures is clean, structured, and covers the complete order journey, which means it’s ready to feed AI tools for demand forecasting, staff scheduling, and operational planning. Chains that want to move from reporting on what happened to predicting what will happen have the data foundation to do it. No data engineering project required to get there.

50+ integrations, one data source

S4D connects to leading tools QSR chains already run on, accounting platforms, data tools, workforce planning systems, and more. With 50+ integrations already built, the chances are your stack is covered. And if something critical is missing, our team will look into it.

Chain-wide vs. store-level data

Headquarters sees the full picture: revenue, product mix, delivery performance, customer behaviour, across every store simultaneously. Drill down to a single location to understand what’s driving a result, or benchmark every store against the chain average. The same data, at whatever level of granularity the decision requires.

Marketing & campaign performance

Loyalty program activity and coupon redemption rates are fully tracked and reportable in S4D. For chains running external campaigns through their CRM or marketing platform, performance data is visible through the relevant integration. Marketing, operations, and finance all work from the same underlying numbers.

Advantages seen by QSR chains that chose S4D:

Your chain becomes fully data-driven

S4D gives you the clean dataset that most QSR chains spend years and significant budget trying to build.

40+ reports that work from day one

The reports your operations, marketing, and finance teams need are there from the moment you go live.

One source of truth for the entire chain

Sales, operations, delivery, loyalty, marketing, all from one system, with no reconciling numbers across platforms.

Store performance that drives accountability

Underperformers are identifiable before they become a problem. Top performers set the standard. The data does the managing, headquarters doesn't have to chase it.

Ready for AI, today or when you're ready

The data S4D generates is structured, complete, and covers every step of the order journey.

Decisions that improve the bottom line

Chains that use S4D data consistently find where margin is being lost, and act on it. Not just revenue reporting, but profitability reporting.

Delivery Platform Integrations

S4D integrates with leading delivery platforms. Orders flow straight into the POS and KDS, menus stay in sync automatically, and your stores never need a separate device to manage them.

  • Uber Eats, Just Eat Takeaway, Deliveroo, Wolt, DoorDash
  • One-click menu syncs
  • No extension tablets needed

All orders in one place

Every delivery platform order flows directly into the S4D POS; stores running on S4D don’t need separate tablets or switch between screens to manually enter delivery platform orders. Orders are visible across the system immediately, so stores can start preparing without delay.

Straight to the KDS

Platform orders appear on the S4D Kitchen Display System (KDS) the moment they come in, clearly marked with their source. Kitchen staff know where every order is coming from and can prioritise accordingly, without extra steps or information lost between systems.

Two-way menu sync

When you update a menu in S4D Central Menu Management, a new product, a price change, an item going out of stock, the change pushes to every integrated delivery platform automatically. This way, manual uploads or contacting an account manager at the delivery platform is not needed. Plus, it ensures there aren’t any version mismatches across platforms. What’s in S4D is what customers see, everywhere.

Order source reporting

Every order is tagged by channel in your reports, so you can see exactly what’s coming from each platform versus your direct channels. Headquarters gets a clear view of platform performance across the entire chain.

Platform coverage

S4D integrates directly with Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat Takeaway, Wolt, DoorDash, and we also offer a direct integration with Deliverect, with whom we ensure our partners can keep making use of their preferred local delivery platforms, even if not directly integrated with S4D.

Advantages seen by QSR chains that chose S4D:

No extra hardware, per store or per platform

Platform orders land directly in the existing POS. Staff works from one screen instead of multiple tablets.

Always accurate menus

One update in S4D syncs everywhere. No outdated items, no prices that don't match.

Fewer lost orders

Orders go straight from platform to your system. No re-entry, no missed notifications, no orders missed.

Full channel visibility at HQ

Every platform order is tracked and tagged, giving headquarters a clean breakdown of direct versus aggregator revenue.

Constantly maintained integrations

When delivery platforms update their systems, S4D handles it.

Add platforms without adding complexity

Expanding to a new delivery platform is an integration decision, not an infrastructure project.
